During the heat of the Covid 19 pandemic, it was clear that my team needed a boost in our sales confidence. Zoom and Teams calls were coming in waves and started becoming monotonous and uneventful for the most part. It was clear that we needed "a fix" and this is where Kelly Adams entered in our world. Kelly was the breath of fresh air that my sales team needed. We introduced Kelly and mandated to the team that we were going to be on weekly calls with Kelly to learn about her Emotional Intelligence Program. Week after week we had full attendance and our teamed loved the lessons learned. In fact, Kelly during our sessions was adopted into my company as our "Chief Happiness Officer" for a reason.
