I’m Kelly Adams, a 2X CEO turned business and mindset coach. I’ve been an entrepreneur for over 20 years, built and scaled my own company, bought out a competitor, and navigated the recession. From the outside, I looked like a public success, but inside, I was burning out, overwhelmed, and lost.
By 2018, after selling my business, I had it all the money, the house, the kids, the white picket fence but I still felt scared, exhausted, and asking myself: Is this as good as it gets?
That moment became my turning point. I was 39 when I started over. I went on a deep journey of unbecoming, which led me to create the R3 Framework the system I now use with my clients to collapse walls, expand capacity, and accelerate growth in business, life, and everything in between.
