Everything changed.
In 2017, I took myself on what I call an unbecoming to become personal development journey after selling our business and suffering from burnout.
A deep, sometimes quite messy path that left me equipped for whatever came next.
Along the way, I realized I didn’t just want this for myself. I wanted to show other women that when you do this work, everything changes.
Not just what you do, but how you see the world, how you see yourself, and how you show up in your life.
The lens shifts. The patterns that held you back fall away. Decisions, relationships, responsibilities, even the way you lead and parent, they all feel different.
