A Rich & Regulated Life: The Reason I 3X’d My Income (Without Working More)

Updated: Jun 17

Most women think the path to more money is better strategy.

But when I finally tripled my income—it wasn’t because I found a new hack. It was because I found myself.

Not the version of me that could grind harder, say the perfect thing on a sales call, or juggle 15 to-do lists.

I 3X’d my income because I stopped outsourcing my worth to outcomes. I stopped leading from adrenaline. I stopped making every “no” mean something about me.

I got rich and regulated. Rich in my capacity. Regulated in my nervous system. Rooted in a self-led business that doesn’t rely on a mood swing to make a move.

What changed?

I started treated my feelings with the same facts I used to treat my sales goals.

I stopped being afraid of disappointment, rejection, or success. I learned how to feel the hard things without becoming them.

I learned the difference between a feeling and a fact.

I stopped self-abandoning when a client had feedback.

I stopped spinning when something didn’t go as planned.

Most of all? I created internal safety. Not from a script or a spreadsheet—but from nervous system work, parts work, and daily regulation practices.

Strategy matters. But THIS is the work that sustains it.

We all want to build bigger—but most of us never build safer.

And what I’ve learned is this:

Safety scales. Chaos doesn’t.

When you feel safe in your own body, you don’t panic post. You don’t take ghosting personally. You don’t undercharge. You don’t build resentment into your offers.

You sell cleaner. You market bolder. You lead. And you do it without the emotional hangover.

I am the proof.

I’ve built a business that works—because I work.

Because I’ve regulated my system to hold more visibility, more responsibility, more wealth.

And if you’re a woman who wants to build not just something big—but something sustainable, I want you to know:

This is the only work that matters. Everything else is strategy on top.

When you become rich & regulated, you stop leaking power. You stop needing validation to stay the course. You stop apologizing for your bigness.

You sell from self-trust. You coach from emotional clarity. You lead from wholeness.

And that, my friends, is what makes you unstoppable.

Want to learn how I do it—and how I help other high-achieving women lead from emotional calm, not emotional chaos?

Let’s talk. This isn’t fluffy. It’s foundational.

Quick Tip & Takeaway

One-Minute Pause Between Tasks

Before jumping to the next task, take 60 seconds to breathe and notice your body.

  • Inhale for 4, exhale for 6 (longer exhales = calming).

  • Ask: “What do I feel, and what do I need?”

  • Let your body fully complete one thing before starting the next.

Regulation isn’t in the retreat—it’s in the in-between.
